But then, that isn't a blazer any more is it, it's a Coat. Because the now the Blazer is functioning as a coat. And if you were to wear a Blazer over a Sweater, and then put a coat over all of that, you are really just wearing two coats.
The exception to this Rule though is if the sweater is very thin, and obviously you can wear it underneath your proper-fitting blazer. A blazer should fit perfectly in the shoulders, if you want to look smart. You can't do any thing about what the Blazer is cut like. Don't overcompensate for a Blazer
s slim cut by getting a size large in the shoulders. Understand? A Blazer is worn of a Buttoned Shirt. That's the order of operations.
