Are larger women actually representative of changing demographics as a whole?

On one hand we're preaching this far acceptance bullshit, but on the other, it's never been so easy to eat healthy and exercise. There's a major push for healthier alternatives, fast food locations are closing instead of growing and gym culture hasn't been this prevalent since the 80s.

People as a whole, seem to be taking their health more seriously than ever and I don't see nearly as many fatties today as I did 10-20 years ago. Granted the fatties I see are fatter than ever, but they're less seemingly less common at least in my locale.

There's a very naive and contradictory nature to this worldview. There's a failure to recognize that they're completely infatuated with the culture of past, yet push for changes that ensure we'll never see the kind of freedom of thought and creativity to experience something like that again.
