ok now for the moans and niggles

the watch box was merely chucked into a giant bubble-wrap envelope with no extra padding, one of the sides has split, probably from being tossed while on the back of a camel crossing the gobi desert. The watch + the cushion is also pushing out because the box is too small.

Despite this the watch itself is in immaculate condition, so I'm not really complaining
