The welt-bit on the inner arch really isn't a stress point. Or, by they way normal people walk. I don't know what sort of fucked up "virgin vs. chad"-dance you make on your walk to the store.

The soles are supposedly heat-welted, or melted into the darkened welt, the same way soles on DMs are made both in Asia and in England. I'm just surprised this problem seems to prevail as equally with Solovair too, despite marketing itself as a sturdier, more well-built and checked product compared to DMs.
