Nah I'm don't really care about fashion maybe have a bit of an eye for aesthetics.
I really don't like when legs are shaped that way and the knees knock together, especially with meaty tights.

Going with a looser cut would hide it and look more shapely and high waist plus the heels elongate your legs.
Females look more womanly if they accentuate their natural body shape. You pretty much hide it with your puffy jacket. Your lower body should look equally or more weighty than your upper body.

But you have a lot going for you. You are tall, have clear skin, good facial proportions and wide hips.
