Its hard to tell what undertones she has due to the filter, which makes her skin pink/lilac but id say spontaneously she looks like a deep autumn and should fit well with pretty rich colors like for example "true red" and a medium to dark blue. Even emerald and anything well saturated if she's comfortable with that.

If she has brown glasses, and uses that filter, though i'd recommend "medium to dark academia" styles that accentuate her colors with maybe a brown/dark top and a colorful (,but pretty dark; see reference pics,) skirt.
