They believe it looks good because they already believe it. There’s a reason ugly stars get less roles And why the standard of beauty has always been symmetry, color pigmentation, no deformities etc etc

Sure claim racism or whatever but if you believe in evolution you confide with racism and sexism to some degree and there is no extreme simply complete acceptance of these facts

Simply look at chimps, to the untrained eye their indiscernible to people as to what sex they are. Both are covered in hair, little difference in body type/facial structure and sex organs aren’t as noticeable

However you look at people and it’s quite obvious the male and female gender

Women are shorter in stature, wider hips and smaller shoulders, softer skin, higher pitched voices, less hair than men, more fat deposits on the chest and buttocks and naturally higher bf%, they’re muscle mass to body mass ratio is Smaller than men’s, naked their obviously female from lack of outward genitalia take men and you have the opposite to everything I listed. However we still have a lot of men with wide hips and a lot of women with broad shoulders

Now the next step in human evolution would be a complete dissertation of sexes and an increase in attractiveness

Meaning women would have wider hips, bigger bust and buttocks with more muscle mass and slimmer waist, their faces would become more symmetrical, lips poutier facial profiles more angelic, little no no body hair only head hair, make up would become obsolete, acne would be gone, the average height would increase the same would happen for men as only desirable traits would remain, back hair, tricep and shoulder hair would be gone but most likely chest hair, facial hair, leg hair would remain. Height would increase voices would be deeper, strong jawlines would become prevalent, thick heads of hair would reign supreme etc
