some ppl like to lift because it feels so good to feel exhausted and let off steam, and a nice bi product of that is a nice physique, sure there are lots of guys who lift purely for aesthetics, theres also guys who just lift for strength, some just want a good workout and to stay healthy, etc etc, just cause they look good doesnt always mean something has to be wrong with them thats juvenile, some ppl have their shit in order just cause someone is aesthetic it doesnt mean theyre just a meathead or insecure or dumb, for all you know they could be a very wealthy and intelligent, who knows

also the same argument could be made for all the doods that spend literally hundreds or thousands of dollars on pieces of clothes so they can look "effay" all in the name of vanity, isnt that just as bad? least you're doing something constructive with your body and health when you're lifting and doing something that most ppl are waaay too lazy or undisciplined to do

and while everyone has their tastes and preferences for physiques, most still had to work for said physique, even if its something like otter-mode or bodybuilder-mode

look at any social event and count how many times the grill gets fucked by the guy that takes an hr out of his day to work on his health and fittness over the scrawny kid that spends hundreds or thousands on "new kicks" and "sick fits"
but thats not to say scrawny /fa/ guys dont get any, any grill would pick stereotypical /fa/ over the stereotypical /tg/ or /mlp/ kind of guy for sure, its just by in large a grill would pick a muscular ottermode or athletic or ripped guy over the aushwitzmode, skinnyfat,flabby /fa/ guy

also i dont understand why you cant be both? why cant you be ripped and fit as well as be effay? i dont get it, when youre muscular and ripped like a greek god clothes wear you and not the other way round, something as basic as a plain white t-shirt and jeans will look amazing on someone who takes pride and responsibility in his physical health and fittness, compared to a scrawny or fat guy who does the same

see thats a decent physique then, you dont have to be huge to look aesthetic, your goal body is easily achievable doing what i mentioned about a split, some mass gainer or protien powder, and getting enough sleep and protein for the day
