So I went to the mall today and saw that my local Nordstrom had received only 1 pair of CP's and had advertised that they were doing preorders for them in mid July. The one pair they had was my size and after trying them on, I don't think I can live without them.

Now being the poorfag that I am, I don't want to spend more than 400 bills on them. What's the best place and time of year to purchase a pair? 250-300 preferably.
