Can anyone ID on this POLICE watch?

I loved it because it fits my dark brown skin and is relatively thin too.
It didn't seem too flashy and stays just under the radar.
Its a quartz as well.
As soon as I left the shop, I forgot the model number. The shop is too far away to go there and check again.

And what is the general consensus on Police branded watches?

This particular one was being sold for USD 180 but he told he'll give it for USD 155 after I told him I'm gonna leave and will come later.

If the shown watch isn't a good one, what other watches do you recommend me? As I told earlier, I need a watch that fits my dark brown skin. Preferably that goes with a leather strap and something under max USD 150.
