That's a really shitty range for quartz, it's too high for stuff to be "good because it's affordable" but not high enough for the wacky pricey stuff like the Breitling with an emergency antenna.
Some packed G-Shocks, radio-controlled quartzes from Junghans or Citizen I guess, and some of Omega's weird experimental stuff from the 80s if you're willing to go vintage and get lucky.
