The tigers on the top left are my fencing shoes, made of Stainless Steel mesh with an asymmetric sole, I occasionally wear them out but they are 95% of the time only used for Fencing. Hard to rock shiny silver shoes off the piste.

The shoes on top row far right are made of stainless steel mesh, no Joke. Those are my fencing shoes (the sport), so they have asymmetric soles and are built of mesh for foot protection and lightweight, I still wear em out every so often.

So, I wear lots of Onitsuka tigers, I have some Serranos, some all leather 88's, and these...

These are actually fencing shoes, which I actually use for fencing. They are made of stainless steel mesh with a very thin liner to keep weight as low as possible but have strength to prevent them being pierced.

They are great fencing shoes, but my question is it at all possible to wear them out? I can't decide if the stainless steel will look cool as shit or totally fucking wrong.
