train your body,
eat a little less every week
Run, Lift, be physically active a little more each week.
remodeling your brain and body takes patience and persistence as your body naturally seeks homeostasis. you must shift that homeostasis towards your goals. there are no good, quick solutions, and none that are better.
search your feelings for motivations.

after less than a year of applied will, i eat only one meal of a bowl of plain chicken or seafood and vegetables a day at lunch, and have 4-5 glasses of very lightly sugared and heavily vinegared water throughout the rest of the day.
i am at homeostasis and feel good.
