Got some ebay sub 20usd auctions, my intention is to use these to get some practice on watch repair, cleaning

ordered all of the tools except for a timographer, waiting until I can get a used one to try and save money

cleaning progress is going to be hand spinning the parts in a mesh basket dropped in a jar of hexane then the same in ipa soak in 3 more jars

got some oils too, but not sure how to approach the high cost of mainspring winder - probably just going to ignore it at first and get the rest of the watch cleaned and leave the barrel as is, unless I can find new old stock mainspring but fat chance of that

Yema fag here. Decided to learn watch repair as a hobby. Here are some various nasty old watches I got on ebay for 20 bucks, going to learn how to service clean relubricate but if any of these have serious issues I doubt I can help them. They all seem to run OK atm.
