First I was just trying to look better, so I copied what I saw on some popular guy. He was a pleb though. Then I got more into menswear by going through HM, Zara and Hipster stuff. At this point I decided to go on /fa/ and laughed about all the bad fits there were. Later on I realized I'm not any better and with passing time I looked for more expensive stuff. Eventually I stayed with menswear but in black and cream colour with a very minimalistic approach.

In the beginning I found new brands by going through stores I often went to, then it was the brands that /fa/ mentioned and just going through every item on SSense, Hypebeast, Oki-ni...

I always check the sites of my favourite brands. Then I bookmark every piece I like and look at it almost everyday. Most of the times I decide that I don't really want it and delete it after some time . Then I go look for the remaing pieces in my To Buy List IRL to see what the garment feels like and it's fit. If it still pleases me I buy.

I think the one in your pic OP is shit though (because shades, watch, bracelets, bag and the way the the sweats fall on the geos.
