Like the other anon mentioned, they do really have a gluttonous feast the minute the sun sets. Fatty and sugary foods, like dates and syrups and the like. Ramadan fasting is unhealthy and causes more weight gain than not.

Question: what would be a good workout for some definition? I'm already pretty skinny but is 100 push ups and 50 sit ups a day, 4 times a week good enough to avoid looking skinny fat?
I'm not looking for a muscly look- in fact I'm fine with a lean look like pic related. Although some thinspo with abdominal definition definitely isn't bad either.
