they're models, if you want a better example of where women were at in the 90s just google "90s girl bands" and you'll realize that it was pretty much a disaster back then too. working class western women have always been a pounding headache of a disaster. i went to a rich conservative school and maybe 1/10 girls would be like those in the photo. the rest were just utter dogs and usually had weight problems. some would be passable. i'd in my lifetime i've known maybe 10-15 girls that were as hot as pic related and unfortunately i'd say 50% or so hit the wall pretty hard when they got to only 25 (weight gain, drinking, riding cock, drugs, no kids and high pressure jobs)

society is rapidly undergoing a new type of selection where everyone is being judged on a global standard of beauty. the reality is if you took a sample of the poorest people in any country and then a sample of the richest, you can pretty much assume the richest will also be by far the physically most attractive, the healthiest, and the most intelligent by far.

if you want to find the most attractive women in the world go to affluent places in Germany or France. the British Isles have massive problems with breeding due to limited genetic pools in a lot of cases.

to answer OPs question dramatic social change has occurred that is going to rapidly affect breeding in the next 50 years. we could actually get to a point where ugly people simply might cease to exist. we are already seeing certain traits across the board change like height, gingers are out, etc. in another 100 years time people on average could be model hot.
