Depends on what the "little flaw" is and whether or not you're already ugly.

If you're ugly and you also have a scar and a gap tooth then it's not going to look cool or give you character. I could see a girl that is really pretty still being pretty if she has a gap in her tooth but the girl in the OP is already pretty ugly. Small eyes, big chin, she's just ugly. If this girl right here had a scar or had a small gap in her tooth then that would look cool.

At the end of the day, your little flaws aren't what makes you ugly/good looking, it's your face. Don't stress out over a little scar or something because it only looks bad if you're already ugly.
