Most GS movements are machine-finished. As is everything in that price range.

Some of the GS movements however have some of the absolute best finishing in the world. See pic.
I love Lange, but they don't have beveling this rounded, wide, lush, thick, ...
Only the likes of Voutilainen, Dufour, ...

Those really expensive GS models are made by the Credor micro-artist studio and are finished to haute horlogerie standards. They are priced appropriately for their level of hand finishing.

Those new precious metal hand-wind spring drives are basically GS versions of the Credor Eichi II.
