I actually originally designed that shirt before I knew yung lean/sadboys, the japanese is because me and a friend were messing with a lot of "x kids club" stuff for another brand and I kind of repurposed the text

In regards to fit, definitely order the same as what you would get for most basic shirts brands (AA, Gildan) - Size up if you prefer to drape a bit/have a long torso
