As for your OP pic, I'm guessing it's Asos' house brand? I hear nothing but things about them. As a concept I like it. Not too big on the pre-faded aspect, but it's far less of a problem than prefaded jeans.

Is it fleece lined? Or supposed to look as if?
I see so many of these in thrift shops, you'd be amazed. If the notion of fleece lining is not at odds with your lifestyle, if rugged and traditional looks suit you, go for it.
I just suggest looking somewhere else besides Asos.
