On one hand I'd suggest wearing tight jeans and shit like that to show off your thick thighs and probably a firm ass as well. As for tops, since it looks like you actually have tits and not mosquito bites, something like what you wear here >>11294030 is good. Maybe try something like loose shirts tucked into jeans, maybe high-waisted would look good. I don't know about shit like dresses and such, especially for summer, I feel like I've never seen short girls pull that off.
