Probably about a 5/10, as the bottom of the barrel isn't really that chavy. There are lots of east asian tourists all year round, and 2 universities, so there are tons of younger people and Koreans who actually care about fashion. There's an unfortunate amount of art hoes (1 of the 2 universities is an art one), but a surprising lack of Hype Beasts, considering that there are 2 private schools here. Ft football fans
The aesthetics of some parts of the city are really nice, due to it's history and being on the broads, which bumps up the score a bit
