I don;t remember the shoulders being that bad, but it was a while ago. I think most of the pain from the ones that go over the top on me were from the artist leaning on it with his full weight almost.
For the low side spot, definitely the worst part of all the things I have on my sides. Both in the position you'll have to hold, and the feel at the time. Not necessarily the worst spot I've ever had done though, I don;t imagine you'll have a problem sitting it.
