Doesn't seem to look like it. The only ""luxury brand"" I know is the Omega Railmaster which can tolerate exposure to electric fields. It's like a diver watch for electricians. I don't even think conductors *could* use this watch. The government set a bunch of standards for the dial, which this watch doesn't seem to meet.

Historically, railroad conductors were expected to buy their own watches so railroad watches are relatively very affordable.
