Bois Impérial is the attempt of Quentin Bisch to create a fragrance based around Akigalawood. An extract of patchouli which lacks the daring components of it,but it's lighter, woodier, slightly musky.
But Mr. Bisch added pepper and basil to the concoction which makes it unbelievable unique, likeable and addicting. Literally every time i walk by a women they inherently smile. Fantastic fragrance experience.
But i'm a fragrance snob too, always was into foresty, green, woody scents. I tried them all, the hyped ones, Norne, Cape Heartache, Murkwood, Bowmakers, you name it. Bois Imperial defeats them due to it's photorealistic scent atmosphere in a forest. It's that fantastic. Now adding in the price, longevity and natural ingredients, we can safely say that Bois Imperial is the perfect scent.
