I own a Navihawk just like the one in that pic and a current-gen Skyhawk. I'd definitely get the Skyhawk, it's a lot easier to read, doesn't seem as massive on the wrist, has a sapphire crystal, and is available with a pretty decent bracelet if you're into that kind of thing. (I think it wears a lot better on one, kinda balances out the bulk and weight of the watch.)

These things are a clusterfuck to read and the lume sucks. I know because I own one, though mine's the normal black and orange one instead of the Blue Angels version. The Skyhawk is essentially the same watch but MUCH less cluttered and easier to read, and the markers are actually big enough to have decent lume.

Mentioned it earlier in the thread but I got this Shitizen. It's pretty nice for the $350 it cost and there was really nothing better in the sub-$500 range that had a good UTC display unless I wanted a clunky G-Shock.

Sizing the bracelet fucking sucked though, god only knows why but Citizen puts these microscopic spacers in the center link and they want to vanish the second you push the pin out. Fortunately I was able to salvage enough from the links I removed to put the watch back together but still, it's fucking stupid.
