Well, if your skin is problem-free then you probably do not need any extra products. I wouldn't even recommend a cleanser if you're not bothered by acne (your skin might change appearance for the better after a wash/exfoliation, though). Moisturizer and sunblock will reduce and prevent various signs of aging, so I guess that's all you really need unless you want to invest a lot of money into your skin.

Excessive sweating anywhere on the body is called hyperhidrosis. The first step is to try a highly concentrated version of the regular antiperspirant - aluminium chloride is the most common and effective ingredient. There are several different products containing high amounts of this at the pharmacy, designed to stop heavy perspiration.

If that doesn't work out for you, then ask your doctor for help. Don't worry about it being embarrassing. They're very used to all kinds of strange body issues, and not there to judge you in any way.
