Where can I cop some decent black jeans with an acceptable taper?

I'm wearing 510s right now (about two inches too long and I have them cuffed as a result) and they just really aren't a flattering shape in my opinion. The taper really isn't there in my opinion. I want something a little more "fitted" if that makes sense. I'd like to spend a little more and get a pair with a better cut followed by denim quality. Preferably, I'd like to keep this under 150, but it isn't really a requirement. Might try and grab some black SKs from RgT on Black Friday if they go on sale

But, in general you'll notice that if you wade through the shitposting, you'll find good discussion. Prep-inspired clothing has been making a comeback (probably because it is winter tho), and when somebody posts a good fit in WAYWT, it is generally well received. Just the problem is nobody posts good workwear/menswear/prep anymore. So usually the shitposting that comes up is because it looks badly executed, not necessarily bad.

Anon who the other day was excited about shaving with a safety razor the other day, posting how it went.

Arguably one of the better shaves I think I've had in my life. The experience was kind of a mess, still tugged in some key spots that my cartridge did, but it was easier to just take smaller bits out of until I got it.
I'm not gonna pretend that I have a perfect shave though. I'm still a bit patchy on my neck, I missed part of my jawline, and I feel that in general I could have shaved a bit better on my chin.
But, on one part of my chin it is smoother than it ever was with almost any cart blade I used. And in general, the parts that I went over with good technique feel smooth. I won't say soft because I think I have unhealthy skin from bad shaving habits, but I think that will go away as time goes on.

I'll probably shave a bit more with this Merkur blade and start going through the sample pack I have, because I think I need something just slightly sharper.
