do 6 meals a day. 1 portion protein, 1 portion carbs.
100gr of each (use a scale. it keeps you honest, precise and cuts out the guesswork)
Make at least 2 of those meals 100gr of 1% cottage for protein and 100gr of spinach for carbs.
This will actually fill you and keep you full for a good 3-4 hours.
Additionally go running for 20mins on an empty stomach in the morning 4 times a week.
Keep a good pace.
I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks like that and.

Other good meals:
100gr Siggi vanilla skyr + 100gr mixed berries + 10gr almonds
100gr Salmon steak + 100gr of baked sweet potato
