ehhh. The 2.4MHz oscillator in the 1511/1516 isn't as precise as the 4MHz oscillator in the contemporaneous Citizen 4Mega or even Junghans 4MHz. The Omega does have an independent hour hand, which is nice to have. But the 1511 is a nightmare to service and has a lot of fairly fragile parts. With a lower precision on top of that, I wouldn't call it the best quartz by any stretch.
