I want to buy another pair of shoes for work, any suggestions? I work at a chemical plant, it's pretty blue collar but I also don't want to just wear my steel-toe boots all day or ratty running shoes like everyone else does. Right now I wear brown leather sneakers or some camp mocassins.

I want something to wear with jeans and some casual chinos. Is my best option some sort of fashion work boots maybe like pic related or the 1000 Mile and Iron Rangers meme boots? Cowboy boots would also be totally acceptable at work, but I just can't imagine myself seriously wearing cowboy boots.
