By my measure, the packer is a 1 3/8" heel. I'm familiar with the tall heel for stirrups and the problems of walking around those. These are lower than that.

Are you pulling my leg?

Consider White's Farmer/Rancher boot. The logger heel pushes your balance forward so you (weirdly enough) walk more on the ball of your foot than your heel. Very comfy and the arch support does work.
Logger heel is wide too so you aren't losing out on stability.

They are probably at least 1", but you could reach out on styleforum and ask Carmina directly

You can get roper boots with vertical low soles, but they look like work boots. Something with an angled heel but less height is best, because it won’t force you to heel strike every step you take.
