Good question.
The dude has some great fits and definitely owns his androgynous look, but fashion is as much about appreciating context as it is aesthetics. Something like >>13717268 is still flashy but it works. I can see somebody in a creative city wearing this on a day-to-day basis. I can see him wearing it to get groceries on the way back from work or wearing it for a day of class at uni. Its fashion that leaves enough room for function to not look forced.

This >>13717136 and >>13716231 on the other hand are the definition of trying too hard. They look like they were put together with the express purpose of being photographed and would only be appropriate in a small range of social contexts. Given how many fits this dude puts out & the fact that he posts on reddit (not that 4chan is any better- we're all scum), I doubt he has occasion to attend any such gatherings.
