I got this a939 for 30 bucks listed as 'broken'. Opened it up cleaned it out, took out the pushers and cleaned them all too, cleaned bracelet, swapped to a new battery

1980's seiko came in today, swapped battery and removed/cleaned pushers and bracelet. Pretty nice for 30 bucks.
