I love Palladiums. The deal with those tags is this - at least on the canvas models - they put a little dab of glue to hold the tag in place while they sew it on. It's super easy to seamrip off and the holes actually look better than the branding, imo. On the canvas models the holes more or less go away as the weave or whatever relaxes and returns to its natural shape. The leather ones will have little holes that you could either cover with this stuff they sell to cobblers and upholstery repairmen if you cared enough. Personally I think that if the suggestion of a brand where there is none shows initiative in the wearer and is only visible close up anyway. TLDR - who cares?
But then there's that little dab of glue... You'll have a slight discoloration there, but after you break in the shoe it won't matter anyway. Again I ask, who cares? They look much better this way.

Palladium Pallabrouse Baggy in vapor/blue.
They're easy to debrand, as in pic related.

I think they're a great shoe that is oft overlooked, kind of like PF Flyers. I recently copped both PFs and Palladiums, and I've been really happy with them. Will definitely never buy cons again when it comes to cheap cap toe kicks.

The weird side logo is glued on or something but the tags on the tongue are fairly easy to take care of. No worries, the boot looks best up and the medallion never comes into play.

Both, they're cheap and durable boots that de-brand fairly easily.
I presently like the white colorway a little better, but the 'moon rock' one isn't even out yet (at least in men's sizes)
