really though advice on changing race asid, I think all you need(besides self esteem but that is pretty much thrown to the water) is:
lose weight and get healthy/fit
clear skin, and straight teeth.
plastic surgery to get rid of your ugly/exaggerated features and give you facial symmetry(mainly a good jaw line, perhaps doe eyes)

Also to be around less racist people.
Don't know if the latter will happen since that also would necessitate dealing with your low self esteem.
