diet going better
i started going to the gym for the first time in a while
not doing strength training yet (i'm meeting someone to get me into a routine tomorrow) but i've been doing high resistance stuff that makes my legs do some work
i've been noticing my legs have been feeling shaky when i put weight on them standing and stuff
does this mean my muscles are getting stronger? or is it a sign that i'm losing muscle mass as a result of my diet+cardiovascular exercise?
