Hmm. That makes a bit more sense already. Though hair that's chin length (or just above, you know, where the jaw dips down for the chin, no idea what that "corner" is called in English) moves more with walking around and moving the head than long hair that's pulled down by its own weight.. pic related for more or less what I mean.
