Guys, I'm borderline retarded, help me out here.
I'm a very skinny anorexic-ish female (5'4", 95 pounds). And I love thinspo.
BUT I DON'T LOOK LIKE THINSPO. I'm still fucking flabby.

Losing weight doesn't cut it. But I'm confused because I thought to get 'toned' you need to gain 'muscle' which requires that you eat.

However, all my thinspo are skinny and TONED.

Can someone just tell me what to do like as an actual routine to get skinny and TONED in the way that I like?

I'll leave examples of the body types I'm going for, beginning with pic related.

Just tell me EXACTLY what I need to do, guys, because I'm like borderline retarded and suck at reading through the lines on vague/generic talk.
