I wouldn’t call autism a disorder because it sometimes actually makes people stronger, smarter, more adapt at survival etc.

Imagine an autistic girl who is obsessive with computer programming versus someone “normal” who is obsessed with watching sports.
One will likely be more successful and the other is not labeled as having a disorder because it’s a common behaviour.
