It depends, Visvims have a lot of models, and they're made in a fair few places (japan, korea, china) - Hiroki just looks to get the best production possible for each piece, regardless of location.
My patrician mids (in the picture) fit pretty true to size, FBTs (and by extension shamans) can run up to half a size small, but you'll be fine with TTS for most of the time, for most of the boots, you can go true to size, like the 7 Hole, you can go true to size in my experience, the Keifers I tried (both pairs) fit pretty TTS, and the one pair of Virgil boots fit a bit on the large size, the Virgil has quite a large toebox
