mkay, this isn't even about military boots, my post is about hook eyelets and how they inevitably will wither bend out of shape or rip straigh t out of the boot itself. anyone who has ever owned any hook eye boots knows this. so don't get them. that's what is shockin with some other UK famous bootmakers, crockett and jones cough cough, they literally all have hooked eyelets for the top 6, its pure garbage
