Not that anon, but I'll give it a go.
Essentially, aside from some rudimentary colour coordination there's nothing here that says 'I put any thought into what my clothes express'.
Like... the flannel is ok if a little long (not a fan of the contrasting placket - the thing that the buttons are sewn on to). The graphic tee is juvenile. You can do graphics, but they should be interesting ones that vibe with the rest of your look. Not many examples in this thread because 9.9 times out of 10 a plain tee is a better choice, but shit like >>15738478 is good because the poster has an overall chill/punkish vibe and a white sonic youth tee both fits the look and adds some contrast/interest under the jacket. Even >>15726812 as gross as the fit is, feels cohesive with the graphic. Yours is just 'I threw a tee from HS on under a flannel'. For bottoms, your pants are too tight for your legs. If you squat (or hike) thats great, but it also means you need to be conscious of how tight things fit you in the thigh and how much they taper. Going too hard on either one can give you unflatteringly chunky thighs. Luckily thats an easy fix- just get something looser and less tapered and you're set. You can even do some looser hiking pants (gramicci comes to mind) provided you style them right. Finally the shoes are sort of ugly, and they're too low-profile of a silhouette to balance out your relatively bigger frame. You'd definitely do better with a chuck 70, a high top basketball shoe of some kind, or a boot.
But if you're just starting off I'd really suggest giving this thread a read for some basic tips:
>>/fa/thread/S15695061#p15695136
then browsing inspo/thinking over where you want to take your style and what you want to do (lookbooks are great here. I'd suggest gramicci (again), haven shop, nonnative, north face purple label (picrel) and snow peak, as well as checking the archive for /out/ inspo threads. From there just keep experimenting till it clicks.
