acne and seborrhoeic eczema (also in scalp). oily t-zone, uneven skin tone from literally 4-5 year old acne scars and hyperpigmentation..

Depressed and confused because girl I was with for about 2 years told me she didn't have feelings for me anymore in March and rebounded with a guy who looks and acts really similar to me according to mutuals. But now she started texting me occasionally and we have pretty good convos but she has a boyfriend and tends to leave me on read even though she texts me first everytime. I don't know anymore I'm just trying to focus on self and raf pieces will stop the feelies

receding and still having acne is awful since the first one is associated with oldness and latter with being a teenager. I look so shit.

I only really started having it this winter but nothing has helped really so far, sucks.

I've tried zinc pyrithione (h&s), ketoconazole (nizoral), piroctone olamine, hydrocortisone prescription strength. Scalp keeps staying flaky and when scratched exposed red and irritated skin under.

At start I wasn't sure if it was dry scalp or actual dandruff so I tried leave-in moisturisers as well as coconut oil, neither worked.

Now im having a oral fungal medication because I have shit on my toenails too, derm said it could help for the scalp as well
