To anyone with anxiety, I used to have crippling awful fucking anxiety in highschool, due to acne, but it truly does help to put yourself into social situations over and over. you do get better. I'm to the point where I only want to try benzo so that I can be super confident and take advantage of women/ get ahead in life, but not if it's going to screw my head up.
My only other problem now is my confidence can be crushed a little too easily if something goes wrong, it takes a few minutes to get back into the groove of things. It's like you never really become confident, you're always putting on a show. you can get lost in it, you can believe your own lie, but it's a front that can come crashing down in the right condition.

I was going to ask my doctor for benzo soon
should I just avoid it completely?
