2nd actually. I have their non MIP monk straps (neo monks, pic related) and was thoroughly impressed with the build quality. Its a bit of a shame they have weird sizing tho (the monks were size 5 but fit more like a 26/size 4). Currently still being broken in as we speak and getting more comfier as the leather stretches out
