Fellow fag-in-black here. And I live in the humid tropics so summer is hell around here as you already know. Yes, you can wear all black in the summer if you stick to light breathable fabrics and loose-fits (doesn't have to be baggy).

I wear lighter colors sometimes and feel no difference than wearing black and darks I still feel comfy and fresh.

talcum powder helps too but it'll leave nasty stains so use small amounts spread it evenly on your skin.
