ISIS recruit here, could I get away from shortening the sides and back to a 2ish while leaving the top effectively the same?

How do I unfuck my hair? I have been thinking of just shortening the back and sides and having a disconnected kind of cut, but would that look like shit? Currently on nopoo

I need a cut. I'm on nopoo but slowly transitioning to using shampoo every 3-4 days.
