Hopefully someone on here can help me out.
I have some weird problem with my jaw,

>jawline feels uneven
>can hear pops and creaks sometimes under my right ear
>the bottom of my jaw, where it becomes neck and should feels much more "stressed" and tighter on the right side

i notice it especially when i use caffeine and adderall. why is that?

i also worry about massaging the area and exercising it, because i don't know if it's safer, or counterproductive.
